Location was good disappointed with hotel manager for not providing GST invoice bill for paid amount for which room booked. No invoice bill was given against the paid amaount online. No one should pay GST amount to hotel owner as they directly take amount inculding GST and then no invoice ia paid to customer which is fraud that hotel owner is cheating with customer. Better dont book the room here

Booked a room for 2 nights since I had a late evening flight. Tried to check in the first night and had a very unpleasant experience of being denied stay until I insisted I had booked the room for 2 nights. They insisted on payment for 2 nights upfront via Google Pay which I did. Left the next day evening at 4 and they classified me as a No Show to Booking.com when I had paid for both days and stayed both the days. Crooked as well as substandard. Would advise anyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Staff were polite and helpful. There was no provision for bed tea/coffee. I had to request for an electric kettle and a cup to drink my bed tea. No tea coffee, milk and sugar sachets were provided, which is normally done for hotels with less tariff.
