Lots of greenery gives a peaceful atmosphere Staris stone was broken which I found risky. But that might get damaged recently so when I was there it was not repaired.

Nothing Everything. The overall experience was shabby. Pathetic maintenance. The rooms were damp and filled with mosquitoes. The property was very unhygienic and dirty. The walls had mould and fungus. Do not stay at this property!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Any special request at the front desk are looked upon and they intent to fullfill your request as part of customer satisfcation w.r.t their stay. location is wonderful- many restaurants nearby, medical shops, groceries, availability of cab/taxi. We have a good stay experience clealiness of the room could have been improved.

Rooms sizes ( That is it) Shabby rooms, bot properly lit. They do not have indoor restaurant and they will provide you the pamphlet of one of the restaurants from other side of the road.

Nothing. The property is such a dilapidated condition. Charging way more than it’s worth. I would rather stay in a clean guest house than spending to stay in this property. The actual hotel isn’t like the one shown in photos. It’s way too old and unkept. Even the sheets are full of lint and yellow with stains all over. Not worth spending money. The owner is mean and acts like a spoiled child. He doesn’t care about the guests. One night at 11, he made me and my kid wait for parking in the middle of the road because he was busy talking to his drunk friends. When he saw me trying to park, he quickly took the spot, parked his car there and kept chatting. It made me feel scared, like I was in Delhi, not Goa as all of them were drunk. His staff tried to tell him to move so guests could park, but he ignored them. Eventually, another guest moved their car, and we managed to park. He’s not just rude and uncaring; he shouldn’t be running a hospitality business.

There is no enough parking space for 4 wheeler.

Location is good. Spacious rooms. Staff attitude. And owners attitude. Cleanliness Swimming pool was under maintenance for 3 days out of the 4 days we were there. They did not accept Card payment. We’re demanding 3 percent higher if paid by cc.

The room allotted was of decent size and the location of the property was on the main road. Being on main road all the restaurants were nearby. 1 The facilities were pathetic. The hotel was under renovation during our stay 2 The lift was not working for the 3rd floor and the owners/staff did not inform us that we need to go the second floor for the lift. We figured it out on the second day that to come down we need to take the lift from the second floor. 3 On ordering a simple tea we were informed that the same can be available only during the breakfast and cannot be ordered from the menu.

The location was prime area in Goa For a Suite, nothing inside was upto the mark, bathtub broken, TV un-operational, mosquitos everywhere. Only breakfast available in property, no in-house restaurant, lift works for going up, coming down need use stairs, frequent electricity shut outs, i can keep going
