Excellent location in the center of the old town. Very nice personnel. Good breakfast. Do not bring too much luggage if you can leave something e.g. In your car. Stairs are rather narrow.

Situated right in Bari Vecchia it's perfect to explore the amazing Labyrinth of Old Italy that this area is. The B&B has a mid 20th century Charm, comfortable and functional, it's immersive of staying in the Old Town. Angela and team were Very Nice. La Maison Del Borgo Antico was just what I was looking for. No dislikes... But a cautionary word... As is with Old Europe the cobblestones are an impediment for Luggage. Would suggest a taxi to the closest point, to reduce the encumbrance getting the suitcase IN. The entrance to Via Tancredi off Via Ruggiero il Norman would be my suggestion for taxi drop off. Google before hand, you'll see.
