The location was not what I expected. It was definitely in the center of Bari Vecchia however it is in a maze and we got lost several times trying to find our way back. Even with GPS we found it was not correct. It was great however to be so close to St Nicolas church and all the shops .

Central location I hate to write a bad review for any property. Usually, if I don’t like a property, I just don’t leave a review at all. I prefer to remain positive. But, in this case, the owner extorted 20 euros from me. I travel on a bicycle, and when I made my reservation, I included that fact on the reservation form. Further, on the Questions section of booking, the owner answered a previous question from a guest asking about their bicycles by telling them to keep their bikes on the ground floor. So, when I arrived, I put my bicycle on the ground floor. I have stayed at many hundreds of booking properties over the years, and none of them has ever made an issue about a bicycle. But, for the first time ever, it was an issue. The owner claimed not to have read my booking reservation form. Her immediate tone was very accusatory that I had somehow deceived her or been operating in bad faith to take advantage of her. At that point she demanded 20 euros or else I couldn’t stay. The room was already paid for through booking, and she was not offering a refund for it. It seemed too much trouble to try to get my money back by making a claim through booking, so I had to pay this absurd fee she invented on the spur of the moment. This is a terrible way to do business. The entire tone of the conversation was very accusatory. I was extorted, and it was an unpleasant experience. No other property owner has ever done this despite many hundreds of bookings in many countries around the world. If you have no special issues (like a bicycle), you are unlikely to have any trouble at the accommodation, but if any issue arises you are likely to be treated poorly. The room itself is clean and functional and quiet and comfortable except for the lack of any daylight coming in through a window.

There was no ventilation, making the space feel very dark and stuffy.

This isn't a dislike but more of a beware. If you have lots of luggage, you will be rolling it on cobblestone as you traverse to the hotel, which does not have a lift.

The location is perfect to explore the old town.clean and simple. Good value for money.

Amazing clean room and ac and very good shower . Great for value average No breakfast or staff. Second floor . Old part of town didn’t know ,no car access

Location, price, room design Squeaky bed, bed sheets that didn’t fit properly, towels not very good and not professionally cleaned, I think.

This is a great place to stay in a fantastic location. The room was clean and tidy and very quiet. If you’re looking for a short stay in Bari this place is great value for money.

Great location and very easy check in, the room was clean when we got there but there was no replacement of toilet rolls or towels on the 4 days there, I didn’t mind buying these but it’s just something that’s usually available. Love neighbours in the surrounding area. Cleaner wasn’t very pleasant but wouldn’t let that put me off staying again. Thank you

Great room in a completely newly renovated building. Spacious, modern and complete. There is no breakfast but thats fine and there was some coffee in the room. Its a fully online check in and you do not meet any body. There is on street parking nearby and a public car park near It was a bit cold in Febuary, some heating might of helped
