The staff were helpful and good. I ordered one single bedroom and even though it was small it was comfy. There is no sign outside signaling the hotel name. You just have to walk in and ask if this is it. With a little effort this can be solved easily The breakfast selection was weak. Space constraints are probably at fault, but even so it is weak.

Room had no wi dows, claustraphobic, water turnig cold after a few minutes of shower

Central location

The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good, but not excellent )) The location is good, not far from main destinations. It is easy to get to the hotel from the main train station (about 10-12 minutes walking). The Wi-Fi was not very good. You need to login every day with a new password (provided at the reception). Sometimes the connection was lost in the room. A little disappointing, but not a tragedy ))

Location is great. Room is big and clean. Everything else was excellent, except the wifi.

It was a pleasant stay. The stuff is very friendly and collaborative

Great location, super clean, wonderful staff

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Morning staff was really helpful Terrible internet service. Had to change user & password every 24 hrs. Weak connection. Breakfast was fair 10 blocks away from main attractions.
-
Tiny room but ideal for a one night stay. The room that I stayed in would not be ideal for an extended stay IMO.
-
Very clean and close to Bari vecchia. Spacious room and even provided me with a kettle Little noisy being on Main Street but not hotels fault.

My daughter, who was traveling to Albania on the ferry that evening, was not allowed to come to my room to leave her luggage their while we went out for dinner

Location. The breakfast was ok. The single bedroom was awful (small, dark, noisy) and it didn’t look too clean.
-
Location, close to Paddington station. The staff are very engaging and helpful.kudos The walls are thin. A light sleeper might have an issue rgardingbthe noise plus the Bakerloo line is just right below the hotel.

The room was spacious and the breakfast generous. The location was good only a short stroll to the old town and numerous restaurants. The wifi was archaic with only being given individual sign in codes and having to renew each day. Come on this is old technology. We also had a nice bottle of wine to drink but there were no wine glasses in the hotel. The walls must be thin because you could hear conversations next door. We also had to pay for individual cups of tea at 2€ a cup was expensive given the hotel was not a cheap one.

Perfect location. Nice and clean room, polite staff, nice breakfast .I recommend it. Quiet area and at the same time so close to everything.

Pleasant rooms, excellent location near a bus stop, a small park, and shops. The room had something like a narrow balcony door with frosted glass that couldn’t be opened. There was no window, no view outside, and an oppressive, bunker-like feeling, which seemed quite strange for a three-star hotel.

Exceptional
-
Friendliness of staff, Early access to room, Cleanliness, Location Noise, Window in room not possible to open, Air Con without cooling function, extra wish for breakfast denied
-
Room 402 VERY hot, no ventilation. Internet too slow to be of use.

The room was large, clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice though rather basic. The sound insulation in the rooms is non-existent. Every morning, we'd be woken up at 7-7:30 am by conversations in other rooms, neighbors singing in the shower, or just slamming their doors when going for breakfast. We'd hear the neighbors flushing their toilets, or playing computer games while at the toilet. The shower walls need to be washed once in a while and the mold growing there should be sanitized. And then there are the little details, like offering toast and butter at breakfast but providing no knives to spread the butter. Or using the same pair of tongs for ham, salami and cheese. I'm not a vegetarian, but I found this weird.
