Feels like a shared flat rather than a hostel. Clean and good vibes. The bunk beds are the worst I have seen anywhere.

Comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning in the rooms (which seems a rarity in Puglia!), nice common areas which felt like a home. Instructions to arrive after check in closed were clear, however limited signs outside the property made it a little more difficult than expected to know you were in the right place!

There was a smell in the reception and the room. No privacy at the room, the beds were not comfortable and the head lamps were not good and couldn’t put your personal stuff at the bed no shelf . Under the beds was very dirty and the toilets Close to center

The location and the city

The location is excellent, staff amazing, organized, cleaned daily No area to work on the computer, only a table in the kitchen but when the hostel is full it is full of people because it is the only living room area. Not the best for remote workers

There was no visible staff :-(

Price for one night a little bit high.

I checked in very late after midnight. I’ve been transferring from Nuremberg to Munich, to Rome, and to Bari in one day and there was no shuttle bus from the airport. It was a tough day and when I finally arrived, someone else was sleeping in my designated bed. The light from the lobby was disrupting everyone in the room so I had to go out and sit in the kitchen to think what I should do since the reception is closed until 10am the next day. I also asked for a towel in advance but it wasn’t there (or the girl who was sleeping on my bed took it? Idk). Until the staff came in at 10:10am, I was not able to wash, eat, go out, but just sit in the kitchen again. Gratefully the staff apologized sincerely and let me check out immediately and helped me get a refund for the next night.

Initially I had a bit of trouble with figuring out how my ePass entry works, but the host jumped in to resolve it quickly.

The Staff is super friendly and helpful, always smiled to me which melted my heart ❤️ Hostel is clean. It's more like the apartment, situated in very nice building. I loved my stay in Habari! Can't find. Really ?

Hostel was in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms where not very comfortable. Only 2 bathrooms in the hostel which made it challenging. The room were relatively hot and the hostel in general had a strong BO stench. The hostel is left unattended by workers the majority of the time. Great location.

Spacious rooms. Big bathrooms. Provide 3 towels for a fee Staff are very helpful on WhatsApp Expensive hostel for what it offers. Reception is not 24 hours so if you want information you have to talk on WhatsApp or be mindful of staff work hours. My bank card was stolen out of my bag by one of the guests, I know this because I went to the toilet quickly and when I got back my bag was unzipped and my card and a few things were missing. Be mindful to lock your things AC is switched on at night and switched off in the day- but rooms were still a bit warm Location is a bit out from the old town

Well located on Bari walkable Too much noise of the other people who was sleeping in the same area

Boya was collaborative the second night. During my first night stay, I had a very uncomfortable experience due to how the manager, Boya, controls the air conditioning. She hides the AC remote, so guests don’t have direct access to it. She typically turns the AC off or sets it to an uncomfortably high temperature, which made the room hot and difficult to sleep in. After a long day of travel, I arrived to a hot room and contacted Boya several times late at night, asking her to lower the temperature. Although she said she would adjust it, she didn't really—so we ended up not being really sleep the first night. Additionally, the beds have no curtains, so there’s no privacy, and it’s easy to be disturbed when someone turns on the light at night. There was also an odd rule posted in the bathroom asking guests to hang the shower mat up after every use to avoid it “getting dirty.” But this makes no practical sense, since the mat is meant to go on the floor to prevent slipping or soaking the bathroom floor. Instead, you have to take it down and hang it up again after each shower, which feels inconvenient and unhygienic. Overall, the stay felt unnecessarily uncomfortable due to these avoidable issues.

For the expensive price, I was surprised at how bare bones this hostel was. First of all, the AC didn't work and it was 80+degrees Fahrenheit so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. A lot of noise from the street at night disrupted our sleep and it was STILL hot. You have to pay extra for towels. The bathrooms are very old, need to be updated. There is mold and mildew growing in the showers. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Rooms without keys, beds are basic for a hostel

No staff on place, everything was online, difficult. ?.

Location, clean and comfortable beds Shower needs some improving. Water took a very long time to heat and the pressure was very weak.
