This is a classic, charmingly dated Italian hotel, with absolutely fabulous service, and a family run feel. Yes, certain things may wobble, or rattle a little, but this is southern Italy - everything does! It's part of the romance. The important thing is that it's super clean, super friendly, and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is also extremely good value for money, and perfect if you just want to fuel up and get straight out into the city without any fuss. In terms of location it's about a 15 minute walk to the periphery of the main arena of tourism (the historic centre, the sea, the train station, the main shopping and eating zones etc). The neighbourhood is mostly residential - safe, and dotted with small shops, and quiet bars. Yes it's run down, but most of the city outside of the main touristic zone is. You certainly don't come to southern Italy to experience civic perfection! You come for the atmosphere. Thanks for a wonderful 4 night stay Nothing

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean and close to the center of the city. The host was amazing, very kind and helpful. Even If we didn't have breakfast included, the host invited us to come and eat. Thank You for everything.

I booked this hotel becaise it was near the railway station. The hotel is situated in a residentisl area, but just 10 minutes walk to the station or main square. It is dated but I like the atmosphere of 30 years ago. Friendly and informative reception staff, I can speak school italian. Breakfast is at it is in Italy basic but with very good coffe. Nice balcony to the room

The hotel was located in the perfect area for visiting Bari as well as traveling to nearby places by train, as it is only a 15-minute walk from both the train station and the city center. It's surrounded by plenty of grocery stores and pizzerias with great food that stay open until late. The hotel is dated and the rooms look old, but it is well maintained and offers a comfortable stay at an affordable price. The staff was really nice, and we also got breakfast included with our stay, even though it was not specified on the booking site.
