The owner and the janitor were so genuine and smiley and respectful. They offered help when they saw we were confused where to go on the street. Owner speaks English, the room and bathroom were clean, in center location. 15-minute walk to everywhere basically. Offered us coffee capsules and tea bags, we had small fridge, microwave. So pleased. Do mind that tourist tax is to be paid by cash :)

Great location, everything is near, who is a jogger like me, just go to Lungomare and you're set; big room, big bathroom, cozy, home-like; Mr de Nittis was helpful for everything I needed Nothing to declare here

Very close to the railway station, the old city and castle. Many restaurants close by with good food and lovely shopping. Rooms were kept clean a handy kettle and coffee machine. My room didn't have a mirror so I had to go to me external private bathroom to see myself. My towels were never changed. I was there for 4 nights.

The Owner was very helpful and we were able to reach him always via WhatsApp that made us very comfortable. The apartment is at a very good location. Grocery shop, cofee shop within 5 minutes walk. Train station is about 12-15 minutes walk also the old town is the same but opposite direction. It was a very ideal place to stay for us. The booked room was a separate bathroom with a shower, opening from the corridor. Unfortunately, we booked this room by mistake, we wanted the other room with a private bathroom, but we couldn't rebook it. This turned out to be a bit inconvenient for us, because at night, in the middle of the night, you have to open the room door with a key, the doorknob squeaks, then you have to take out the key, open the bathroom door with it, the doorknob squeaks there too, then the same thing happens the other way around. So if you're not a good sleeper, it can be difficult to get back to sleep. If that doesn't bother you, then it's okay, because it's very close to the room, about 4-5 steps away. One side of the bed creaks a lot when you turn from one side to the other.

Everything was good and the owner talk with us with respect and help.Every day asked about our experience in the room and if we need something. Very very good choice for stay!!! The bed was noise but at some moments not big problem

Very good

I liked that the room was big so we had enough space. I liked also the location as its in the centre. Also amenities are very close with markets nearby. I didn't really like the fact that we had to go out in the corridor to go to the toilet even though it still was a private bathroom. However I must say that the bathroom in itself was exceptional so it was sort of compensated.

Everything was great! The bathroom door was a little creaky and the ground in the shower needed a deep clean.

The location was good, nicely located between the train station and the old town. The host communicated well about the check in process. The kitchen was stocked with the right utensils and there was coffee for the morning. The apartment was just tired. The kitchen and bathroom were outdated, the sink didn’t drain well, the furnishings were worn out.

The property was very clean. Everyday we got hour room cleaned. We had coffe capsules and the coffe machine for espresso. Hair dryer available. Air conditioning positioned in the perfectly. It cools down the room quickly without being directly on the bed. Very close to Bari old town, we managed to go around by walk. 10 mins by walk from the train station. The shuttle from the airport brings you very close the bnb. The bedroom and the bathroom had a window that opens into the kitchen. It wasn’t a big issue for us, as we were staying only 3 nights and we were out most of the time. But it is something worth to mention.

Great position, the owner was nice or at least seemed nice upon arrival. The room was without a window therefore completely dark and very different to what it seemed at photos. As far as my experience goes it’s always written in the description that a room has no windows. So not mentioning such an important fact is deceiving. I would have never booked it knowing it. We asked to change the room but the owner said it was fully booked. He apologized and said we have a veranda (by which he meant a tiny kitchen with large windows and the air-condition engine outside). The next morning I received an email from booking that my reservation has been cancelled because we didn’t show up at check-in and that the fee is 0. Unbelievable! We paid upon arrival and the only reason the owner did this was to avoid complaints as he knew he gave us a room that was unacceptable. When I confronted him he said it must have been a mistake. I never came across to this kind of behaviour and in the end it’s even worse than the fact that there wasn’t a window. Worst experience I have ever had!
