I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I ended up staying there twice because the airline canceled my flight and the earliest they could get me home was four days later. I found out about the cancellation the morning I was to check out and naturally I was panicking, trying to figure out what was next while checking out of the room. The front desk said not to worry about what time I checked out and to take the time I needed to sort things out. Their compassion and kindness in this moment - especially as a solo traveler navigating this by myself - was so appreciated. On top of that - my room was huge, and everything was super clean and felt brand new. All the furniture is stylish and very modern. They also accommodated my allergies with gluten free bread and almond milk (they have other gluten free options as well). The internet is very fast and the soundproofing is quite good. I had a very restful stay. I just can’t say enough about how these kind folks treated me, from the front desk attendants to the kitchen staff each morning - always so cheerful, always so fun to talk to and they knew my coffee drink by heart after a day. The location is terrific too. You’re less than half a mile walking from the train station and bus station. It’s an easy walk with lots of pedestrians so I felt very safe the whole time. You won’t find a better spot in Bari! Everything was wonderful!

Pleasant

Breakfast is very complete. The room is veri ample (1 double bed + sofa bed that is a single bed) they have air conditioner with tactile control and open windows sensing to prevent waste. Not too far from lungomare. The hotel could be four stars if some things improves it has the necessary things. Location is somewhat away from historic center and you might need to walk a little and cross the rails through underpass, the neighborhood is amenable but lonely and not too nice. On the other way, the shower bathtub has a some water leakage to the bathroom floor.

Clean and comfortable. Efficient stay. Decent breakfast. We happened to be in Bari for a holiday weekend. Our Airbnb turned out to be fraudulent, so we had to make a last minute booking. Hotel was fine but they doubled the price for us since it was almost sold out. I understand supply and demand but can’t say that this was good value in this case.

Breakfast had a nice selection. Coffee was readily available and staff was excellent.
