The location is great for this place, very calm area and safe, close to central station. Clean room and great staff There is no much facilities in the room, i requested an iron which was not available, so it is dissapointig. Also the girl who was working there has no english communication which makes things very uncofortable.

The great location: near train and bus station and near the old town as well. Terrace is huge and excellent place for the morning coffee or drinks at the evening.

Well located as all services are close by. Secure building and it has an elevator as room is on the 8th floor. Breakfast was good. Several things were a bother. 1) having to download an app to gain access to the room. 2) not being allowed to bring my clean bike into the room (it stayed outside in the rain). 3) the interactions with the staff (both via booking.com and WhatsApp) were contentious. 4) at the end of my stay I reported some problems with the room (sink didn’t drain, a broken part in the shower) and was insulted by the staff. The rental is modern but not well taken care of. It is run by a faceless group that requires you to do the work of registering, downloading an app, and doing things normally done by the host. While I liked the location, I wouldn’t rent from these people a second time.

Access to the terrace both from the rooms and from the breakfast area. The bed is comfortable, and I especially appreciated the choice of pillows ? The staff is friendly and helpful, with easy communication via messenger. The lady who takes care of the rooms and breakfast is very kind and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offered — in Italy it’s often just coffee and a croissant. Here, the host provides a good selection, more than enough to keep you satisfied until lunch in the Old Town. Very demanding guests might find minor things to complain about, but in my opinion, this place offers great value for the price.

If you are looking for a great, safe place to stay in Bari. Look no further than. I really enjoyed my stay at Gatto Bianno Le Terrazze. Great communication from the staff per the check in process. Beautiful Room and has plenty of amenities. You definitely won’t be disappointed. I definitely would stay here again in the near future. This Establishment rates five stars and more. It is centrally located in the city of Bari. Very close to the Bari Central Train Station. As stated in the above you won’t be disappointed. No dislikes at all.

The location was perfect because we had a short stay and it was a 5 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was excellent and fresh eggs were made. The room had a small balcony which is always good and there was great water pressure. Great rooftop breakfast terrace with a view of the city. Fantastic last minute deal! I was originally looking for a place in the Old Town so it was unclear exactly where it was. It's about a 15-20 minute walk. It was clean and modern.

Really good location. Very large spotlessly clean room. Balcony overlooking the rear of the building and lots of other properties but this meant absolutely no street noise so it was very peaceful. Nothing really.

Value for money. Plentiful breakfast. Great location. Good security. Clean and comfortable. Limited tea/coffee making facilities. A pod machine with two pods of coffee only. No milk or tea. Plenty of cafes close by though.

The space was super clean and the location was in the heart of the city within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches. My room also had a huge terrace with beautiful views. No complaints at all.

Fabulous place all round Getting in was complicated as they have no concierge it’s all done via an app. Instructions were poor and when I called up the woman was impatient. The app requires you to check in but didn’t accept any of the normal names for Great Britain and gave errors in Italian - so I couldn’t check in using the app and had to call back several times and was left stranded in the dark outside a hotel in a quiet street. Another resident let me in but this isn’t what you expect from an expensive hotel, no matter how lovely inside. They need to pay for a concierge at night. I didn’t feel safe when I arrived

The proximity to everything including the train station plus the room was beautiful

The location was conveniently located near the train station, the old town city, and the shopping center. Great location to be in. I had no idea that these were individual apartments/rooms without a concierge desk. This was not your typical hotel environment. It wasn’t clear when I booked it that these were individual rooms located in regular buildings. Breakfast was included, but could be improved tremendously. All in all it was, a good place to stay at if you are visiting Bari and need to visit other locations by train or bus
