The bed was comfortable We did not get the place we booked online and it was completely different. The bathroom was very small and narrow, the shower had mold, no towel racks at all, no toilet paper holder, it was in the drawer under the sink. No space for putting toiletries and shampoo. The coffee maker didn't work, there was a water kettle and when we tried to use it the power strip blew the fuse. We sent a message to the owner and this issue was taken care of up to a point, we received a new power strip but coffee maker still didn't work. Although the floor was clean, we found a large cockroach ? in the room and had to kill it. We never met the owner or had any interaction with him or her. It would have been nice to find some information regarding restaurants in the area as well. Definitely will not recommend this place.

Excellent location No dislikes. Dust from ceiling falling on bed expected as it is ancient. So really not a problem as we wanted to stay in an ancient location

Nice layout & decor, good size, good shower, tea and coffee facilities, great location Some kind of grit kept falling from the ceiling onto the bed? No cleaning, change of towels, emptying of bins, for 3 nights - 4 days, even when requested. Host a bit unresponsive, had to ask 3 times where breakfast was. No welcome pack with restaurant choices etc. Found city maps at the back in the cutlery drawer on the last night! Noisy at night with residents above, luckily we always take ear plugs!

Great location The air conditioning unit dripped profusely and the whole apartment smelt musty and horrible. We had to use towels and pots to prevent flooding across the floor. We mentioned the issue to the owner on our first afternoon and 3 days later still nothing was done and no new towels. Even after we left our clothes wreaked of the mustiness.

It was central to the old town and very close to the cruise ships port which we were leaving on the next day Nothing comes to mind

Located in Old Town, apartament was quite big. Apartment was dark, humid with unpleasant smell inside. Bud the worst thing was, that apartment is on street level near several bars and during night it’s really loud. If you want to have a good night sleep, I don’t recommend it.

Location, the room was very nice. The room was without windows, very unusual for us.

Authentic room with perfect location in the old town of Bari. The host is nice and helpful. The room looks exactly the same as in the pictures. There is a small bar just outside the window, however they close around 22h.

It was in the old city, and easy to find coming from the Piazza San Nicola. Very comfortable bed, shower was good. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Nice room near old city very noisy place. the restaurant near put tables in front of the room. high humidity inside. not so comfortable bed. basic italian breakfast - not every morning was provided. communication with the host was not so good.

Very centrally located and very clean. We arrived at almost midnight and no one was there. The host was difficult to reach out by phone... finally someone came and gave us the keys, although at first they were the wrong keys and they had to come back. The place is very dark and humid, too. Could had been better isolated. The bed was cranky as hell. Made some noise. We definitely did not have sufficient toiletries. I asked for more, and was told that we would get them, but we never did. The breakfast was quite poor, too.

Very clean and rather spacious. Located in the city centre. It was very noisy until late at night and even though we kept the windows closed, it was impossible to get a good night’s rest.
