Excellent, beautifu and clean l accomodation in the most beautiful and convenient location close to Bari central station. The Mediterranean sea is less than a stone's throw away. The reception was in Italian and not in person (the keys are deposited), but I used automatic translation and everything went very smooth and was clear.

It was perfect for one...

Stains on the walls in various spots. Some things like the shower head / handle were sticky. Didn’t feel clean enough. Also very early in the morning (like 5-6 am) there was some sweeping or something outside our room that woke us up.

Nice and spacious enough apartments (mine were number 1). Very close to the promenade and generally not far from the central train station, as well as the historical center, shops and cafes. The apartment was quite clean, there was a comfortable bed, clean towels, the air temperature was good regulated by the air conditioner. Nice and new bathroom. Overall, a good place for 1-2 nights. The apartments (mine were number 1) have practically no windows. There is a window on the roof, as well as a window comes to the underground car parking. Unfortunately, for a long stay it is not very comfortable (in my opinion), since you feel like in a basement or a cave. However, perhaps for someone it will be normal. Also in the apartments there is something similar to a kitchen (a cooking table and a sink), but there are no tiles, no plates, cups, utensils, etc., no microwave. In fact, you can't cook here. What was most disappointing for me - there is no coffee machine and/or kettle. I would really like to have them, I would be grateful if the owners took this into account. Otherwise - not bad apartments for their money.

I select this B & B because it is very close to the hotel of my guided tour. In general, it is half block to the shore with many public buses. The elevator did NOT work, I had to grab man off the street to bring my luggage to the 2nd floor the night of my arrival, and down the next morning to leave. The elevator must has not worked for a while, because the owner's daughter who lives on even higher floor and with baby in arms never even bothered to make an attempt to use the elevator every time coming in the building!!!

Close to the waterfront Comfortable enough for one night ....but not a place to relax in....no tea and coffee making equipment ...not much natural light ...
