Rooms were spacious and modern facilities. Good location to centre of town. Breakfast was basic but ok.

The staff was exceptional! Super friendly and the allowed us to store our luggage for extra time. The location was excellent! Close to old town Bari and to nearby shopping. Check-in was a little challenging as we were ringing the buzzer at one of the buildings and no one answered, so we found the second building across the street. We were able to find someone to let us into our suite which was located in the first building. We were a little tired, and it was very hot outside, so this was not a super smooth start, but the staff really stepped up and made our stay fantastic!

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good communication with the owner. Zero amenities in the room - no fridge, no kettle. A strange smell on the whole floor and in the room also, most probably coming from air-condition since it was not working and it was very warm in the room.

Great communication from Michele who waited for us to arrive on our delayed flight at midnight. He also organised a shuttle service for €35 from the airport which helped enormously. The room within the apartment was a good size , very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in the communal area and decent with a choice of cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, toast and cake. The lady serving was lovely too and also did the housekeeping. She kept our bags for us too until later in the day. Not too far to walk to both the old town in one direction and the railway station in the other. Would definitely stay again if back in Bari Nothing comes to mind!
