- Very big apartament - Exceptional location - Everything was comfy - Very nice owner - Good value for money - Poor breakfast (only pre-made packaged cookies & croissants) - Hot water would sometimes turn itself off - There were 2 entrances to the apartment. One was working, the other one (more direct one) wasn't hermetic, so we could hear loud noises from the street as well as the cold from the outside easily entered the inside - Toilet flush wasn't working properly

I had a comfortable stay. The kitchen was nicely equiped and the terrace was absolutely a plus. On the other side, the stairs are quite narrow if you are carrying big suitcases. If you are sensitive for smoke, the apartment is not smokefree. But overall, good value for money.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments. they require a lot of repairs. especially the bathroom. The bed was

For this visitor, a plus of this location is that it is on a normal, non-touristy street. This gave me a sense of daily life. The room appeared to have been recently updated and was clean and comfortable — though lacking things like a place to hang towels in the bathroom. The B&B Le Statuine photos don't match reality. There are multiple locations. Mine was 19 steps up; fortunately I am a fit 75-year-old. The most frustrating part of my stay was that the manger insisted on using WhatsApp to communicate. I did not have it and told him/her so. Didn't matter— I had to download it. This ghost host never showed his/her face. Perhaps the manager was a bot.

I have always wanted to try sleeping in an old stone house like that. The house is well renovated in a creative way. There is a great balcony with a view. I read previous ratings about this apartment and about the bed that is very uncomfortable. But I did not believe the comments. I should have! The BED is terrible! The most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried. Please, change it soon!!! For two days the breakfast (sweet pastry) was not enough for us.

The terrace is stunning and location is quite close the Barletta night life. The utilities are nice. Breakfast is basic, bed feels like it has hole in the middle and we didn't sleep well, bathroom and shower is small, apartment floor was a sticky (presumably for too much cleaning solution in the water), bathroom sink was clogged and generally the place didn't feel clean (shower had algae in the ceramic cracks, easy fix tho) and sliding doors are not smooth at all. The place needs a bit of maintence but the potential is there.

Location is great. The room is just perfectly neat. The balcony is a super plus! There’s a bell tower very close that sounds extremely loud

we loved being in the area where local people lived. very close to the historic centre, restaurants and bars the bathroom could do with a better clean the bed could do with some lamps for reading we thought we were getting a separate living room

The room was all messed up and not ready when we arrived later than check-in time. We were blamed for not notifying the host about our arrival. Early check out at 10 AM with the cleaning lady knocking on the door at 9:57 AM.

Very clean and tidy! Also, they came 2 times in 6 days to clean the appartement. Free breakfast in a nearby Café with good Cappuccino. We loved it! We recommend the Piazza Plebiscito nearby for drinks in the evening.

The accommodation exceeded the expectations, was better than the pictures and information provided sugested. They even provided shower creamd an shampoo, big bottles, which was surprising. Location is great, close to the city center and with stores and restaurants nearby. Also, you can get to the beach within 10 mins walking. Breakfast was typical, included sweets, bread and jam and coffee, enough to have a good start of the day. It is totally worth it for its price, I highly recommend it! They could provide a mop for the shower , besides this, everything was great.
