Everything was clean and comfortable

It is centrally located in the heart of the city. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and local sites. Our host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. This place is a great value. I would stay here again. There is a nice small park across the street and local shops nearby give the neighborhood a great feel. The water pressure is fantastic. Also the air conditioning is terrific. It’s hard to find free parking near the hotel, but there is paid parking just a few minutes walk away. You should be comfortable with climbing stairs. It’s a couple flights to get to the rooms. We didn’t have problems with stairs but if you have trouble with stairs, be aware. This is in the city so expect normal city sounds.

A lot of space for 4 guests, 2 bathrooms, city centre location, very friendly and helpful staff, breafast voucher for close-by bar made us independent from closing hours. Very clean housekeeping, flexible arrival times, help with parking, big, common terasse with beautiful city view, very good price-performance ratio Only an elevator to the third floor with heavy luggage would have been nice, but it was manageable
