The pool filter was broken and so the pool was Green. But other than that, for the price, it was clean and comfortable and quiet and the staff helpful

It offers more than a regular motel: shampoo, cable TV, coffee in the room, larger breakfast than other motels. They let us stay longer while our car was being fixed.

Beds were comfortable Owners did not run room ac to pre cool down room when I booked room over 2 hrs earlier. Over 90 degrees on room and you could bake in the refrigerator

Friendly staff Rusty sink, mold in bathroom fan, remote dead, AC rattling, mattress slanted toward the floor on both sides, couldn't sleep. Location across the street from a run down apartment, people screaming and yelling non stop walking up and down the street.

We stayed here twice in a span of 15 days and we loved the stay.

Good location half way point to Sedona, AZ. Place was clean, comfortable, bed was comfortable. Had mini fright and microwave. Did not use the pool but was available. Easy check in and out. Free bagels cereal and most importantly coffee for breakfast. We were looking for a inexpensive place to rest, clean and comfortable, it met our needs, would stay again.

Great front desk. For the price, this property is good. I stay in motels frequently (all over California). There are other motels in the area which allow drugs, alcohol, loitering, etc. I know this because I could see these activities from across the street. I chose this motel because of the solid reviews online. The room was quiet, which is highly highly important. There weren’t guests making a bunch of noise, slamming doors, talking loudly, etc. Towels were clean. Shower was clean. I bring my own blanket, so for me, their blanket was not great (you get what you pay for). The toiletries are bargain/basic options. Breakfast was muffins, cereal, bread options, fruit, drinks, etc. No hot options. Again, sufficient and in line with the price. I paid $50.62 all in for a Tuesday night reservation that was made the day of, which is an excellent price in comparison to other cities I’ve stayed in. I will stay here again.

The pool was colder than expected and we had to pin the curtains against the window to get the AC to flow better around the room.

Some of the tile work was shabby, faucet was loose. No tissues. Free breakfast was lacking in protein.

The Ice Machine was out of order and the coffee was awful. Room was very clean and property was nice.

Horrible horrible place for a family. Drug people all over, up in the middle of the night doing who knows what. Got locked out of our room. The staff lock the doors and turn the phone off in the middle of the night. So we could not get help. In the bathroom the window had a bullet hole. I got my family out of there so fast. What a waste of $128. Very upset about this.

The front office staff was amazingly helpful even during a late night check in. Extraordinarily nice and made sure we were comfortable during a brief stay.

The location Room carpet had been either thrown up or peed on, and the carpet wasn't even shampooed! Room dirty. Office person (male) was very short to any questions asked.

I love how spacious the room I had

Old furnishings need updated. Expensive room (to me) for the quality.
