Motel 6 Barstow, CA

This was a far better hotel experience than I expected for the price, especially because the gentleman at the front desk last night was so helpful when I needed assistance. I mentioned that I was struggling to connect my personal device to the TV and he took it upon himself to troubleshoot the problem and personally fix it. The room was also quite nice; very clean and comfortable.

The rooms were very clean and tidy staff very helpful a little noisy in the back area lots if people at night walking around visiting the nice motel 6. Overall very good 👍 👌

Everything is good, but the community around is rough. Hotel staff does a good job keeping it clean and the trash out

Was alright, close enough to the interstate for travelers. Wouldn't recommend for long term stays

Convenience, other than that Nothing!! Everything, workers attitude when something was addressed, No Breakfast Continental or otherwise, and in addition to it being 107 degrees outside no pool access due to being dirty also sucked, but the dilapidated rooms that are supposed to be upgraded with poor water pressure, patch work and cracks in walls, bugs able to access thru cracks under doors was a site.. No room service for days, no exchange of towels for days depending on your stay, but u also better make sure they are clean, bkuz the towels look as if they're being used to wash cars or wipe down something other than bathing thats for sure!! The front desk didnt even want to exchange the towels saying this is what all the towels in the rooms looked like, even if he exchanged them, argumentative and rude bkuz i didn't want to bath with car wash towels they provided to the room and then had another set brought that looked just as bad, but See the Pics.. And, I'm pretty sure based on the review it won't make a difference to the place as to reaching out and trying to make up for the horrible experience!! So in part, that let's me know that even though Motel 6 leaves the light on, u may not want to see what they have in store fore u.. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a motel 6 stay!! If they choose not to try to rectify my issues I'll definitely advocate for no one to stay at their place for as long as I will be able to, as paying customers, we demand and require more than what u feel we deserve based on cultural differences in this country and yes that is part of it.. Do your part based on where u are not where u come from, thats not how we live!!

Outdated, dirty, and would not recommend.

Nothing The room was disgusting. It had roaches. The walls was absolutely disgusting. A lot of rust cracks everywhere. The bedding was gross.

5 stars for being better than I expected for the price

The rooms are dirty, the linens stained. Blood or some other substance was on the walls. It looks like a halfway house for recently released felons or addicts. Went to try to take a shower and the know came off in my hand.

My 5 day stay was comfortable and quiet. The vibe/atmosphere has changed from past visits. Not sure about a repeat.

I have never stayed in a hotel room with such poor standards. The bedding was covered in dirty stains, and the towels smelled like old grease. Save your money and book elsewhere.

I had to throw away all my clothes due to a bedbug infestation which resulted to multiple bug bites on my legs and arms This place needs to be fumigated the health department should be called due to extreme health risks

Torn drapes, dirty microwave, stained bedding, and was a big disappointment.I don't recommend this Motel 6.

The bedding was covered in stains, the sheets hadn’t been changed, the matress protector was heavily stained. They could not fix the problem

Great customer service from the young lady at the desk. She's always there when I arrive. Not sure her name but that's half the reason I return.
