This room was perfect. Clean, had everything we needed, and staff available by phone or email and very receptive!! Not far from the train and lots of shops and restaurants.

I needed internet access for work, and Steve, the owner, was incredibly kind in allowing me both an early check-in and a later check-out, which was truly a lifesaver. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with coffee, tea, snacks, and complimentary water. Everything was simply perfect, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my stay. Another great advantage is the location: it is just a 3-minute walk from the shopping mall, with plenty of options for restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema, and other attractions. I truly did not have a single complaint. I truly did not have a single complaint—everything was wonderful.

This was my second stay at Arlan House so I knew what to expect. This time the room was on the ground floor so I didn't have to carry the suitcases upstairs. The room was exactly as I remembered and was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Towels, snacks, water and coffee/tea were all provided. There is no on-site staff, and all interactions are via the Booking app. The response to our query was quick and satisfactory. I would recommend Arlan House to anyone interested in staying in the center of Basingstoke.

Big apartment. Exceptionally clean. Very near town. ? If I had to find one negative point it would be check out was by 10:00 which was earlier than most places, but it didn’t cause me any hassle.
