Breakfast was good. A good wide range of food. Good location. Walking distance to Grand Mall & food outlets. Near to wet market. Convenience to move around.

despite the hotel reply every feedback, nothing had been improving since then like speed of WIFI. and whatever had request for additional none of it was follow up. Wi-Fi speed slow and intermitter, assign to lowest floor with nearby rooftop view and not able to provide firm/hard pillow despite been early request and indicated even during weekdays.

Breakfast was good. It would help if the servers would clean and remove empty plates from the table often. Air-con in room could be colder. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Spacious room, & great location. My coffee capsule doesn't taste good because of the machine is poor quality. Illumination in the room should be brighter or more lights especially in the bathroom.

the buiding is very new n clean the first day we reached is a raining day hotel room outside got put dryer to keep the carpet dry very thoughtful nope i very satisfy is convenient outside got i convenient shop circle k 24hr

Professional and friendly staff Very comfortable bed Its just me, but the pillow was a little hard and that there was no hand towel. I used the 2nd towel as a hand towel instead.

The room is big and nice. Room without kettle, need to request. The small fridge was not even on.
