The room too small

Very accessible to the Grand Batam mall. Easy to find food nearby. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The room i booked was small but theres a space for our muslim prayer. Water pressure is good, AC was cold. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the toilet. No electric kettle and there were only 2 soft pillows. It would be great if they have 4 pillows.

Clean surrounding. Not quite like this hotel stay. Towel is too dirty, no soap, no chair, room too small, no writing pad & pen, etc...

The location! You can find anything in there from food, big shopping mall, wet market, many restaurants, bakery, salon and spa, taxi stand, durian store and many more for just walking distance! You get what you pay. Don’t expect to much from the room. If you stay here just want to sleep at night so it’s find. Better book the Deluxe room is in 18” for the room size.

Location is the only advantage of staying there. Convenience and proximity to Grand Batam mall and A2 food court. Just next to the main entrance of hotel lobby is a K mart The infrastructure of the rooms. Multiple thing are not working. Rooms are kinda small. Burn mark at the power point .. which is unheard of. Towel racks in the toilet is broken.

This hotel is really all about location. It’s right opposite the Grand Batam Mall, which is super handy for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. Cafes and other food places are pretty much everywhere around. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help out. The WiFi is decent enough for casual browsing, and the showers? They’re great - strong water pressure that makes for a refreshing wash. Plus, the beds are seriously comfortable, so I slept like a log until morning. Not everything was perfect though. The shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was busted, which was a bit annoying. There were also some stains on the bedsheet - not a huge deal, but still, it’s something the hotel should look into.
