The property could be maintained better. The window in our room has a gap which might allow flies or mosquitoes in.

Comfy bed and good air conditioning for the room we stayed although everything else was basic. Clean toilet and loved that the corridors were well lit as we walked along even late at night. Nearby walking distance to some good malls and eateries. Nothing not to like!

The location is perfect- walking distance to shopping malls and there’s a lot of local eateries around. During my second day, I requested for my room to be cleaned and the coffee amenities to be replenished. Unfortunately, when I returned, the room was still untouched and nothing was restocked. It was quite disappointing, especially after a long day. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The staff was polite and the room was clean. The hotel provides us with a fruit platter in the room upon check in. Breakfast buffet - staff did not top up the food.

I'm repeated guest for this hotel. This is my worst stay in Aston. I'm used with smart tv in the room and this time there's no smart tv and given excuse of upgrading program and yet replaced with lower standard tv. The food was out of usual standard. Beef stew was hard and salty. Coffee diapencer breakdown and no coffee available. This time, it looks like half boiled egg was served with hard boils. Room air-conditioning was noisy, and toilet light flickering. Worst of all, I experience bad spirits or ghosts in my room after midnight. I hope this review helps the hotel management to maintain the standard.

I paid extra for a King size bed but they only have queen size bed in all range of room type. There is nothing they can do and Booking.com gave me the higher price for the King size selection. I paid for nothing.

We chose the hotel for the location as it was near BCS mall, and peniun market. Seen like the 6 floor of the hotel has been renovated, the furniture in the rooms look new, toilet too. NIL

Lovely staffs. All smiles and helpful! Very comfortable bed & pillow. I had the most wonderful sleep! Need some minor maintenance but the cleanliness of the room makes up for it. Great location!
