Breakfast very good. Friendly staff No smoking room on a smoking floor? Room outdated, need een upgrade, rain shower not working, couldn't fix normally shower shower bracket. Bad Room need really a upgrade. Stay in the lower building of the hotel.

Like the location as it was near shopping, massage and temple which I frequent often. Breakfast not so much choices, no egg station, but understand as it is Ramadan. The pillow case and towel are not clean!

Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money. Nothing. If I have to point it, buffet spread could be better with live station for egg.

Booked the Hotel with payment on the nearest date but it charged on the same day booking. Have requested non-smoking twin bed or twin room on Apr 2024 before check-in on Jun 2024, it was not fulfilled and the Hotel arranged with smoking Queen or King bed room. Upon check-in, 1 out of the 3 room is not ready and once enter the other 2 room found out it is double bed then have requested to change and only 1 get to changed with twin bed (the one which is not ready) as it said the Hotel was full. One of the room, is not cold and have requested for other room but the recept said will arrange an engineer to check. Upon returned to the room, the aircon straight have no response when try to switch on from the remote control. The recept arranged another room from 2nd floor to 5th floor with twin bed.
