Unlike the room, the staff were very friendly snd helpful. Too many stain at the room carpet, bedsheet and comforter also got stain. Saw few small cockroaches happily dash across the room.

The staff was nice and tried to help you. In the room there was frequent smoking in the past. According to this, the whole room stank and there were several burn holes on the floor. All my clothes including my backpack have been stinking for days and the smell is hard to get out. The sheets had several stains and were obviously unwashed. What these stains were, I do not even want to know. The same goes for the towels. Very dirty. The wallpaper was almost mouldering off the wall. The remote control for the air conditioner was sticky. The air conditioner barely worked. In the bathroom, water ran from a leaky pipe onto the floor and as if all that wasn't enough, the internet didn't work.

I liked the location everything is nearby even grand batam mall is a walking distance The staff don't speak proper English The rooms does not look The same as the picture on booking.com there's alot of maintenance that needs to be done. The room was smelly and linen was not changed it looks like there's no housekeeping at all.
