Central location in Nagoya New Hotel, very clean and comfortable beds. Very quiet room, isolated with premium windows. Nice bathroom and large bed. Great breakfast - amzazing Gym facility The pool isnothing special. could be more cosy. No ambiance. Basic bar. No attention of staff.

I gave some feedback to the reception on the 2nd day morning about the temperature of the hot water in the showers, somehow, I had great difficulty adjusting the water temperature for the showers and the water was extremely hot, my skin was all red after taking the showers. Disappointed that the issue was not resolved when I returned back to the hotel at night. One of my friends who stayed on the 6th floor, her room was not made up by Housekeeping even though she has indicated that the room needed one.

super big bed, toilet had bidet (manual but good) , big room. a bit noisy, can hear the traffic and mosque sound. breakfast is so so, local food is limited and not so delicious

The property is in a good location. Surrounded with restaurants and close to Nagoya hill mall. It’s about 12 minutes away from Harbour bay by car. The hotel staff weather receptionists, house keeping, doormen, security personnel and restaurant waiters and waitresses all helpful, friendly, welcoming and always meet you with a smile. We took 2 rooms connected. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a lot of verities. Mainly local food and some western too. I have received 2 packages in 2 different days but nobody at the reception desk called me to let me know about it until I asked . So I think there is a lack of communication between the reception desk and the one in charge of these things. In order to get around the area, you could use grab app or have a car with a driver.

Close to minimarts & Nagoya hill convenient especially with kids So far no comment, just that some staff from the morning breakfast was a bit slow after ordering the teh tarik.
