The staff were very humble and nice. I am very dissapointed that when i booked it stated as 3 pax in a room however when we reached it was 2 different rooms and not next to each other but had a corner separation.And the pool is not like what is shown in the booking app,1.6metre is really not a safe depth for people who is shorter,standard is 1.4 or 1.5metres.There was no shampoo filled in the bottle ,no toilet parer,the shower handle was broken

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Front desk Yulia was sweet and nice. Room service staff were quick to respond and diligent in their work Room Wifi was horrible. Aircon was not fucntioning in one of my room. Swimming pool is slightly bigger than the bath tub.

Room was large and spacious, the room service and breakfast was good food. The staff are very nice and friendly. Check in was fast. Wifi is good. Hotel does not seem four star. It's dated and there were stains on the bathroom towel - looked like a blood stain. Lighting in the room is a bit dim, table also had some stains. Gym had old equipment. Location was not my preference.

When I open the main door, the lobby smells so fresh and floral ie the fragrance of the mopped floor is really nice. Staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and bathtub really helps to relax. Breakfast is a good spread and coffee tastes incredible! There's an indomaret abt 3mins walk on the hotel's left. Hope to visit this marvelous hotel again ?

We tried to use the utensils in the kitchenette, but the fork was not washed properly. There is a leftover piece of noodle on the fork. Aside from this, the bathtub is not working specifically the stopper. The room also smells old wood. Humidifier or any essential oil can do the work to wash off the old wood-like smell inside the rooms. Lastly, the elevator is too small and old. Might as well upgrade it.

Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay. Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request. Also soaps were not changed/provided new the next day after housekeeping.

Another point was my booking allowed for an early check-in but they sadly did not have a room ready, so had to wait about 40 mins till I got my room.

It is clean, spacious and value for money. The chairs have stains on it.....would be perfect if it is clean.
