The breakfast was a feast. Unrivalled. The pool just shone in the moonlight and the staff was so helpful - genuinely wanting you to have the best stay.

the location is quite near to the ferry terminal and malls. noisy from road. shall improve the sound proof in room for those rooms facinf the mainroad. TV channels all not too clear (low quality)

nice room, that's it. nothing else. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, making it ideal for a good rest. However, the room faces the street and can get quite noisy with traffic, motorcycles, and the restaurants across the road. This issue could be easily solved with better soundproof windows, which would make the stay much more pleasant. Its very noisy, specially at night. The breakfast is acceptable if you are vegetarian or vegan, but options are very limited. Aside from 2–3 types of rice, there’s little variety, same goes for noodles and vegetables. Don’t expect much beyond the basics. At checkout, they asked me to wait 15 minutes while they checked the room, completely unacceptable and very frustrating. Of course I had everything paid already so I just walked out to my cab.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Batam. Great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.Would definitely recommend Thank you!
