the hardworking & courteous staff 1st BAD impression - the one & only lift NOT WORKING (since April) i'm on the 3rd floor! imagine if you have an elderly or disabled family member - how?? its a very OLD & Rundown hotel with dusty carpet & NO aircon at the hallway & stairs! 2nd - the fridge not working! i had to go down the stairs to complain because hotel DONT HAVE PHONE! 3rd - the toilet seat CRACK & my wife had a small cut! 4th - the water supply had pressure problem - i had NO WATER halfway through my shower! it happen TWICE to my wife too! 5th - the free Wifi is SO BAD! i booked for 3x nights but checked-out the very NEXT DAY! I PAID Rp2,100,000 (3x nights) TO RELAX BUT END-UP FACING SO MANY PROBLEMS!

Counter staff very polite and helpful. Location is excellent - near Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and many food places. At the moment, the lift is being upgraded. So, we had to climb up to Level 3.

The location and the price were just right. Plenty of restaurants and cafe at the lobby itself. Spa is just right beside the hotel. Hotel staff is extremely polite. Nil.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Location is good, accessible to find food at nagoya hill mall and massage shop beside the building. There’s a cafe “SPICE” below the hotel that serves good coffee and place to chill at night. The hotel lobby and room looks run down and the lift was under maintenance so we had to take the stairs. Our room was facing the neighbourhood beside the building hence it was uncomfortable to open up the curtains. The bedsheets, towels and toilet floor was dirty. But the room floor, countertops and sink was clean. No amenities.

- staffs r friendly & helpful - great location juz cross d road to go nagoya hill mall - breakfast still acceptable even do not much choice - comfy bed - d lift is very slow when going up or down due to old lift - when d lift open be careful to watch ur step when going inside d lift or when going out of d lift cz it not not same level - music is a lil loud outside room - room corridor no aircon - inside room no phone - fridge not cold(old fridge) - walk too far frm lift to our room pity my mom cz she walk slowly leg pain - d aircon in my room very old sometimes cold sometimes feel stuffy - not all room is adjoining
