everything! always go to place everytime i'm in batam. we even extended a night stay during this trip. makasih om ferdi and the other staff! we thought we could extend the stay in the same room but unfortunately was assigned to a different room and the antislip mat was very dirty

room was big, with living area and bedroom separated. There is a table top for you to put your food and stuff and a space to cook. Daily water provisions are in 1.5litres which are greatly appreciated. Living room and bedroom had their own toilets and both are spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it comes with lots of big sized pillows. Overall, awesome stay in experience. none.

the overall customer service and staff friendliness- reception, breakfast, concierge and regilar staff- was very good. we felt very welcomed. the breakfast was a mix of western and asian, with egg station and juice. the two days i was there, there were different buffet items for the asian option, which i appreciate. we chose the hotel for its proximity to nagoya hill shopping centre, as there is an easy path to the shopping centre, and it was the cheaper nearby hotel.

thankyou for the free room upgrade! all the staff were nice & friendly, room & toilet was very clean. thank you for accomodating the birthday surprise! the in house spa was also great, really a great time staying there (the bed & pillow was the only reason we didn't want to go back because it was sooooooooo comfortable) we will definitely come back again!

Friendly staff, continental breakfast was excellent and complementary. Reported a water leak and got fixed within an hour. Everything else was good.

-elegant -staff were very accommodating and could converse well in english -room service was prompt and well-done -central location to nagoya spots -comfortable AC toggling features -fuss free check-in and check-out -breakfast spread/variety was pretty good -security guard quite thorough, offering a sense of security -didnt have a bathtub like the pictures indicated -a bit more on the yellow side for lighting -no door for the shower so the shower water kind of splashes everywhere -wifi wasn’t fast especially at night with higher usage from other hotel users
