I like the location and the facilities , because have maybank atm nearby and money changer and a lot on stalls. It is near to Nagoya and if u party people there is club infront of the hotel however the towel is dirty and bedsheet is stain The bedsheet and towel is stain, i think you guys can throw away the stain bedsheet and towel we dont want to see any evidence if someone have sex or stain in the bed. not family friendly. and the hotel looks like hooker hotel when old men with younger local girl

Bathroom amenities especially the bath towels n floor towel, which have seen better days, doesn't look nor smell clean ?

Hotel should look into changing all towel, bed sheet to a better one (current towel & bedsheet a bit yellowish)

Breakfast was nice. Friendly staff Smelly room, ask for room change but only one slot available. should include in the description about smoking and non smoking room. iron need to pay. should put one free in common area. not many people come with extra money for service.

Location is great. Every staff in this hotel from the front door to cleaning staff welcomed me with a smile. The room I stayed in could use some repair, especially the wood near the bathroom luggage rack space.

Location is good. Housekeeping department works excellent. Receptionist doesn't understand English at all. Had to use Google Translate all the time to communicate and this gave me headache! Breakfast was not good! More lights should be installed in rooms and common areas as well.
