I stay here often I'm in louisiana every couple of months

Staff was actually kind of rude, other than that okay stay.

La primera reservación estuvo bien pero ya la segunda reservación , hubo problemas, porque en la primera reservación pagué por dos habitaciones un depósito de 50 y en la segunda reservación me cobraron 100. Me moleste mucho ! Aunque el depósito lo devuelven ! En la segunda reservación también pude apreciar una pequeña cucaracha caminando en el pasillo de hotel . Por lo menos yo no volvería

My room was clean and the check in process was quick. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Nothing, we did not stay there. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that there would be a $60 incidental fee if paying by cash and $50 fee for paying with debit. I went with cash since I was waiting for the arrival of my new card. The entire time I was asking about this, he kept pointing to the sign taped on the counter saying, here it is you can read about it. He said that since I booked through Booking, I was not provided with all the information. I told him in June I checked into a hotel in Hammond, LA and I did not have to pay any incidental fee.

The room was clean. It’s said no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke.
