Baton Rouge- We had a hiccup with our reservation, but Brittany, the individual handling the front desk, never walked away from us. She made absolutely sure we had what we needed and didn't let go until we were settled into a room. Thank you, Brittany!

Property is decent & clean. Staff is great depending on who is at the desk. I've stayed here multiple time while visiting my kid at LSU this time I booked for him to finish up classes before heading home he'sa really respectful person not a party guy but when I asked how check in was he said the lady was very not nice but didn't want to get her in trouble. Mgmt should remind this type of employee that ALL guests should be treated respectfully even the young students that may need to be there temporarily.

Recommend you guys put a dress code in place for your desk workers that check customers in and out of the hotel. There is a very kind young lady at the front desk upon checkout, however she wore a black hair bonnett that had diamonds across the front of the bonnet. PJs , slippers, and BONNETS are not appropriate nor professional for work. She was nice , kind, and beautiful but need to get rid of the bonnet while attending the front desk.

It could have been cleaned a little better. There was other peoples hair in the shower and random places around the room along with other peoples personal effects found behind the curtains & under the bed and our room had a horrible smell. Otherwise, hotel was very well kept. Staff was VERY nice, polite, & professional. Handled everything promptly & professionally. Room service was amazing! Would stay again.

Very nice, clean, and organized hotel. Nice breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, bacon, meat patties, fruit, bread, coffee, juice, oatmeal, yogurt. Room was comfortable and very clean. Good location.

Loved the shower and the beds was super soft and comfy , It was like sleeping on a cloud

We were in Baton Rouge for a medical procedure. The staff were great as was the room. The problem for us was the cat that hung out CONSTANTLY at the FRONT door. We had our dog with us and it made it difficult to get into the building. None of the outside doors were accessible with a key, so someone would have to open the door from the inside. We also got caught in a down pour walking from our car to the back of the building (where someone had to let us in) because of the cat sitting in the front door.
