Marriott Baton Rouge

Only one thing I can think of to say about our stay was in the morning and the afternoon a loud noise would start it wouldn’t last long but it was not relaxing, other than that we enjoyed our stay

Otherwise, a great stay. I would have given five stars, but the poor check-in experience really affected our first impression.

The room was extremely clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. However, the hallways had a noticeable, unusual smell and appear to be in need of a deep carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Another concern was the noise level. The windows did not appear to be soundproof, and even though I was staying on the 6th floor, I could hear a significant amount of highway traffic throughout my stay. Upgrading or improving the window sound insulation would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, but the hallway odor and significant outside noise took away from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The HVAC was making very loud noises as if it was breaking down. It started around 3am and continued all nite. My family could not sleep at all.

Love this place

I had an amazing experience at the Marriott Hotel in Baton Rouge. The room was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with an incredible view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything came together to make my visit truly memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Baton Rouge. N/A

This is by far our favorite hotel to stay in the Baton Rouge area. It is close to everything right off by 10 clean the friendliest staff, especially Derek his helpless with check-in experience multiple times absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Make sure to check dates on app because when you sign in the dates change on you and you don’t realize it until it’s too late. Made a mistake on reservation through app and it cost me over $130. And didn’t get a refund. Not ever using this app again. Thanks for nothing.

The rooms are modern and nice

This is a hotel I always book and reserve. There was a roach on refrigerator when opened it. I’ve never had this experience before so kinda disappointed. I let someone in front desk know as well.
