The location was convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The grounds were well kept, and there was easy access to everything we needed. The property was quiet with very little noise, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again. Most importantly, there were absolutely no roaches or pests of any kind during our stay. I liked everything about the property. It’s new, and at the time of my stay, it had only been open for about a month. It’s a great place, and I hope it continues to be well maintained and doesn’t become dirty or rundown like some of its sister properties.

Fights between adults and children broke lots of loud people

We came in just for a night we got there and couldn’t get a key to the room due to the key making machine not working we got to the room finally and tried to take a shower but realized all the water was coming out of the tub onto the floor where my elderly mother almost fell. So we decided not to stay and left. Also it smelled terrible in the whole hotel.

When I got there, no one was there to check me in and I needed to wait . The room seemed run down, there are no curtains . The toilet was broken. I literally only was able to stay one night before booking elsewhere

Was out of hot water for 3 days, other than that it was wonderful.

In liked the staff , the hotel needs work and color and be neat at times while walking down the hall Trading sheets and towels for new ones that’s very ridiculous and inconvenient, I would think we could get some extra big we just bought our own towels. The room is non smoking but the bed are burnt You have a kitchenette but no plates or pans .. a lot of fights or screams in the hallway.. you have a lot of rules but not enough accommodations to feel safe

First night I was locked out my room for 40 mins. The guest after hours number is pointless they never answer I had to call about 16 times

The lady at the front counter was very nice and knowledgeable

The room that was booked and marked ready was not even cleaned and prepared . The room and hotel stunk worse than a nasty old grease trap. unsavory characters in and out of the facility. There was crime and illegal drug usage on site. just scaryville !
