The hallways smelled like weed, cigarettes and despair. Visible wire nuts on the a/c unit. The kids only swam in the pool for 5 minutes and said it smelled like poop. Room door had to be forcibly opened and closed. Closer to a trap house than a hotel.

Rooms available Had a paid in full reservation from booking.com got to the hotel and apparently there was no reservation under my name or anything. Called booking and they said that it appeared that the hotel had done something on their end and had cancel the reservation without informing me about the situation.

I only booked with this location because of the breakfast and the pool spending the extra for that is worth it besides they don't have a pool like the website says and the breakfast is shut down

Superb

Upon check in the young lady told me they didn’t have that room available so she upgraded me to a king suite which I appreciate but why wasn’t the room I booked available she didn’t tell me why. I don’t think I will be staying there again if a room I booked won’t be available. Overall hotel was great they have a small bar in there I recommend people to check out!

Staff was courteous and helpful Over all an average stay

I travel from my current home back to Michigan at least 4 times a year. I always request a new remolded room. Yet i always end up with an old musty, smoke smelling room. Ive also noticed that the only people placed in these rooms are either of Hispanic or afro American . WHY ??? Ive had a new room b4 so i know their available.. this last visit i walked on the other side where the room numbers start at 200. There was people with rooms over there. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT I CHOOSE A ROOM WITH NO CARPET. THE PICTURE OF MY ROOM I BOOKED HAD NO CARPET. IT WAS A NEWER ROOM. YET THATS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. I ALSO BOOKED TO PAY AT PROPERTY. I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE HOTEL RAN MY CARD AT 9:00AM. ARE YOU GUYS NOT FOLLOWING WHAT PEOPLE REQUEST ?

My kids and I liked the pool. The property was very old and outdated. Almost the entire staff was absolutely horrible and rude. There was only one kind woman that gave my daughter and I some water.

Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.

The pool was very cold. I had to try three different rooms before I got in. One was being repaired, one didn’t open with a key card, and the one we stayed in was really musty. There was only decaf coffee in my room too.

Discrimination

The room was dirty, bugs in bed and on pillow, stains on curtains. Discusting. We left and did not sleep there. I’ve been trying to get a refund and they won’t even call me back.

Do not stay here.. the place smells.. I had to order deodorizer to even stay there. I left it in the room hoping they got the hint. There is no elevator.. ?? There was over an inch of dust on the headboard.. I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t had to put scent things out. The carpet was disgusting walking up two floors to the room. I complained.. but was told.. they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through a third party. The regional manager was there when I checked out.. I can see why this place sucks.. she was to busy chatting.. then asking me how my stay was..

I am still waiting on my refund of my $100 deposit

The lady at the front desk said we don’t have a reservation even after we showed her on our Booking.com app. Booking.com called her and she said she can get us a room. We had to drive two hours back home because we didn’t have $300 for another room someplace else that wasn’t sketchy. Never again Three busses came in full of people. I think they sold our room.
