It was a place to stay, staff unfriendly and as a handicapped person there was no ADA grab handles in tud almost twice getting in and out and toilet was so low I couldn't get up, there was only two towels in the room for 3 people you had to put your shoulder against the door to open it and it stuck trying to shut it

Condition was Fair,. The refrigerator froze all the food up and down. The bed was great. Floor was dirty . There was no closet or clothes rack. Location was great. It was in the middle of all the restaurants, and motels as well as shopping.

Clean and everything seems new/modern compared to other hotels, staff was very friendly and welcoming! One of the best!

Booking agents were very kind and helpful I was told there would be a $50 per night deposit after informing the staff at Red roof about my cat. When I questioned the man on it, he then cancelled my reservation before I even checked in. He was rude, raised his voice to me and I left. Never even got to my room.

Pleasant staff Leaf blower woke me just after 8AM, long before my alarm. Couldn’t get back to sleep.
