it wasnt clean, the elevator didnt work and we had to use a broken scalator that was scary. It was like an abandoned building

Location Over advertising. City view → no windows, coffee/ tea maker → no, toiletries → no, iron → no, bidet → no. Will booking.com refund me?

The location- it's a short distance to the beach, eateries and other facilities including petrol station, fast food restaurants, mosque and pharmacy. I could smell someone smoke cigarettes outside of my room or somewhere around the balcony.

My room aircon is no cool /tour not give and pot one room not have Deposit money 150 also bank in very late and 120 rm only bank in and balance 30rm now also pending

Good location free covered car parking. Lots of muslim food stall. No windows. All the rusty marks should be remove. The top bathroom door was not fully repair.

I already booked n pay at the property for my aunt. She arrived at the hotel around 4.30pm. there have no staff there but they left their phone number at the counter. So,my aunt called one of the number they left at the counter. But the person said that there have no room left.they did not reserved the room for my aunt sinceshe came late n not pay yet. Why dont you call the customer first before you cancel the room. My aunt came from seremban.can you imagine how she felt? Suddently,around 8.30pm some one from the hotel called me when the time arrived. So terrible the management. I surely will not choose oyo hotel after this!
