Great Location, 4 minutes walk to beach, alot of local food and fruits in vicinity. Smelly comforter, very slow tap/shower water, hairs in washroom, dispenser without water.

The location is superb, 5 mins walking to the beach, 7-11 and lots of local restaurant nearby. The room is too small, though it seems to have been refurbished recently. No sound isolation.

Great location. Close to night market. Close to bus stop to George Town and to Tropical Spice Gardens and National Park. Easy walk to beach. Great food options nearby. Friendly host. Jug available, and water. Secure access. We were fine with stairs, just need to be aware there are some.

The hotel was close to everything, bus stop, restaurants, beaches, convenience store and many more. The room was spacious, even had a little balcony. The air con worked incredibly well. Also the tenants are so sweet and nice, they always made us laugh and suggested many restaurants and activities. If I ever go back to Malaysia I will for sure stay there again. I don’t have anything to complain about

The location was very strategic to the beach and night market. Also very close to varieties of foods. I was very impressed with the rating given in Booking.Com which was 10! But after went there and saw the place I don't think they deserve 10, maybe 4.5 is the best I would give. The bedsheet was having stain, the bathroom was having beach sand all around. The bathroom was also wet when we checked in. The photos shown on the web and what we saw in real is totally out!

Steep dirty staircase, aircond not working, the technicians could not fix the aircond. No other room available. Asked me to go to another hotel. Said Booking.com will refund. Wrote to Booking.com. informed I did not stay because the hotel asked me to leave and will ask Booking.com to refund. No shampoo. No body gel. Dirty steep staircase. Room faced the sun, all glass window like a shop lot, none of the windows could open. When I checked into the room a piece of soap lied open with its packaging. Hotel didn't clean the room properly. Images advertised did not match the place and steep staircase not mentioned. I am waiting for my refund as I did not stay. Within an hour I was told to leave because they could not fix the aircond problem.
