Everything was good. Professional staff. Just be prepared to pay extra fee for your dog with weight more than 15 kilograms.

The location is great if you’re not new to Batumi. There’re no cafes restaurants nearby, but Metro mall is some 15 minutes away on feet. This is a very quiet and cozy place - which is rare for sea view accommodations in Batumi. There is a crosswalk leading to the beach right in front of the hotel. My room did have a great sea view being at the last 14th floor. Everyone from the staff I faced were very nice and helpful. They brought me some bakes and sweets - like true Georgian hosts. Overall this place is a great value for money if you realize it is on the outskirts and is far from all the town’s places of interest. PS. It is very close to the airport and is great for plainspotters. The water flow in bath was so weak - I can’t imaging my wife washing her hair with it, the fridge did not work - making some 1 degree colder inside than it was in the room. There was no kettle, they brought it immediately after a request, but not the cups to make tea/coffee. The hotel maid brought one the next day.

The room did not have a sea view and only the buildings could be seen from the balcony, even though it was a room with a sea view in the description!☹️

the location wasn't good at all, at the end of the cost line probably, there was a bad smell too all the time, street sewers or so, no AC in the bedrooms only in the living room, the room was not clean when we checked in
