Batumi Palm Hotel

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and some of the lights were not working properly. The pool area was also disappointing because renovation work was taking place nearby. The pool towels were dirty, and the ground-floor restroom was unclean, with insects flying around. The biggest issue, however, was the refund. The property agreed to issue a refund, but more than 30 business days later I still have not received it. I expected much better service, transparency, and accountability.

This hotel is fantastic - the location is convenient, safe and great, the staff are all so kind and hospitable, as well can communicate in many languages and the facilities are incredible - the rooms are new, clean and filled with all new furniture and appliances.

The breakfast spread was good and that's what you need to start a good day.

A good beachfront hotel with amazing views and incredibly helpful staff. We were thrilled to receive a free upgrade on both of our rooms! The highlights include daily room cleaning, fresh towels (for the room and the beach!), Two bottles of water and powerful AC. Excellent soundproofing keeps the main road noise out. Amenities like a PlayStation and billiard room for downtime. The breakfast was good, and a special shout-out to the team making coffee each morning. The main reason my friends and I chose this hotel was because of the advertised pool. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment, as the pool is poorly designed sunlight is mostly blocked, making it practically unusable. We were offered free room upgrades upon arrival, but the rooms were not cleaned beforehand. One of the rooms was even soaking wet. After bringing it to the staff's attention, they eventually cleaned it and arranged a room change. The hotel is also quite far from the city center. During August, traffic is a serious issue, it sometimes took us 30 to 50 minutes to reach our destinations by car. Additionally, there is no room service available. The area is plagued by mosquitoes, and from time to time, we were disturbed by an unpleasant odor coming from outside.

the location of hotel is good, not in the center but near to airport and to view spot for the planes (that was nice) great promenade with see view new and nice park; the staff is very friendly and very responsive- every request was done and service was provided; the early breakfast was also provided (even at night)! every day two bottles of water were supported

The place is quite and good for relaxing, it is near to the airport, staff are very friendly. They have kitchen open for breakfast only, swimming pool was very cold, other than that everything else was very good.

Location is good at the quiet end of Batumi. Room looking out on the sea. Friendly staff and a good breakfast, highly recommended

Exceptional

When you enter the hotel, it feels like coming home. The hotel is cozy and comfortable. Rooms are great. Especially if you choose an upgrade. The staff is very professional and always helpful. Parking (in front of the hotel) and Wi-Fi are great. Not applicable.
