The property is in an excellent location. It is a calm hotel although in a very busy area. The sea view from the rooms is superb. Pool access and sea access is very easy.

the room service staff always making noises, and everyday i had to wake up because they are fighting on the corridor, or dropping things, we booked 4 rooms , 3 out of 4 the AC wasn't working and they said they will fix it (4 nights, nothing happened).

The hotel’s location was excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was far from what we expected. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. We repeatedly asked to speak with the hotel manager, but no one responded or followed up. Despite booking as a married couple, we were given a room with two separate beds. We requested a room change multiple times, but the staff refused to accommodate our request. The breakfast quality was very poor and did not meet basic expectations, especially for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. In reality, this hotel felt more like a 3-star property, yet the price was unjustifiably high. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to other travelers expecting true 5-star service.

Near of Indian restaurant Saba receptionist was very nice very helpful. Old furniture the walls of rooms need to be repainted One of the receptionist bathered us by repating his the calls from 11:30 asking us to checkout.

The hotel is very old and unkempt. There is no swimming pool or sauna inside. The lobby bar is closed. There are not enough employees. It feels like it's a ghost hotel.

I liked everything from the beginning sea views is incredible from the rooms, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and a great breakfast too I do recommend to visit everyone colosseum. I’ll definitely come back. Thnx
