The property had everything and was very good value for money but the owners/staff made it more special. They went out of their way to help, saw that we had everything we needed, and even gave us food which they refused to be paid for. They did not treat us like customers but like family. Amazing.

The staff are very welcoming, the piece is clean and and surely the value for money is great The room turned out to be pretty small, but it's a minor downside because we only came to sleep there

All was just fine. No aircon, too many mosquitoes (host launched anti-mosquitoes smoke, but the smell was a bit disturbing.

We had a great time at the Hostel California ! Our room was very clean and pleasant. It was also possible to cook and use the washing machine! The hostel is well located to enjoy the sea and is close to the supermarket and bus stops. Very convenient ! We highly recommend this place, particularly for the warm welcome from Tariel and his wife. Thank you for our discussions! \

The host is a really lovely, kind person who was very helpful and accommodating in addressing some minor issues. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms comfortable and the place has a nice vibe. It is close to shops, Grand Mall is very close, cafes and restaurants. If your driving or using public transport the location will be fine. It is nicely positioned near a beach There is a sensor light which is on all the time and shines in the room. I don't think it is necessary given the other lighting. Not necessarily an issue but just be aware the location is about 4km from the usual tourist attractions

the location is great the rooms are tiny, you can barely breathe on a hot day even if you have a fan, some rooms have no windows and are tiny. Good for very undemanding travelers.

Price, accessibility, ease of reservation Got a little hot in the room at night. They had a fan in the room, but it's Batumi in August, so that fan could only do so much.

Very good location and friendly people The rooms have no windows and with 4 Beds in a 10m^2 room it gets very hot and the air very bad. Its okay for a budget solution for a night but it is not comfortable at all.
