Euphoria Hotel Batumi

Not enough basic stuff like towels, shampoos and conditioner in the shower. Had to search for the staff to open up the sofa for my child. Lots of noise at night from the nearby night club. The room had a smell of cigarettes. The staff who worked there isn’t nice.

Very big rooms

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom, complete darkness in the washroom, ruined walls, poor ventilation, broken tiles in the washroom, poor maintenance.

Nice clean

The room was so smelly that it smelled like urine in the bathroom and it smelled disgusting. I went down to the reception and asked to change rooms. She told me it was full and we would change rooms for you tomorrow. No one cared and changed rooms. By the way, we were a group of 3. The same room. I personally couldn't stand the smell.

The hotel was very clean and very well located! Directly connect to Metro City Mall and Eclipse Casino. The facilities were wonderful and the pool area was very nice! Rooms are huge, well equipped and with fantastic views to Black Sea! At first I was afraid of the bad reviews but thankfully the hotel lived up to my expectations! Overall a very convenient and good accommodation option in Batumi -extremely slow elevators -breakfast was a bit boring and medium quality -casino staff had no idea what european Identity cards are -they had coordination issues! For instance the pool bar had no idea what times does the kitchen work -one day we experienced a discrimination incident at Victoria spa. We were told to leave our handbags at the changing room's lockers whilst many guests had theirs at their sunbeds. We wrote to the management of the spa about the incident but we did not receive a proper justification yet. We felt unwelcome -We received our room with nearly 3 hours of delay However, we still had a great time

Bad

The room service was disgusting, no one changed the towels and the sheets ,havnt cleaned the toilets,havnt rechared the bar at the room.I wasnt satisfied at all and dont recommend the hotel

Location Parking

The hotel is not completely clean, and the reception responds to your call late, I did not like it at all, it was a bad experience

Room was big and aesthetic, I liked the view very much. Breakfast was great. location is good - it is in the middle of cemter and the airport. all good.

Everything is great. I liked the welcoming and the service overall. we had a great sea view room, such beautiful sunsets. shopping center and casino, all in one place. only pool was closed, because of renovation but they said it will be open in summer and I sure will be back for new experiences.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and had a beautiful view. The restaurant/ garden had excellent food. The casino was fun, and the staff was very helpful. There is a very long and beautiful park/ boardwalk into town right across the street. Not the place for you if you want to be in the center of Batumi. That being said, a taxi into town is at max 20 gel, but the traffic can be a real pain.

I was there for 6 nights. They gave me an upgrade to bigger room and higher floor. the view was mesmerizing. I liked the service and location. spa is closed for some time.

Swimming pool was not available

I liked the hotel very much. big sea view rooms, they gave us free upgrade as a gift, very attentive staff. close to center.

good location, close to center and airport. they have shopping center and casino all in the same place. nice service, clean rooms. I will come back in the future.
