Grand Bellagio Batumi Convention & Casino Hotel

They charged me an extra 100 GEL because my girlfriend (I was traveling alone, she lived in the city), came to my room for 20 minutes to help me get ready and iron my clothes, they said she counted as a guest. What the hell is that?!!!

View Pool and spa wasn't open and we were not notified about this at the time of booking, we had to walk over to another hotel to use their pool...at least they gave us this option.... except for one cleaning lady, in 24 hours we couldn't get one smile or helpful employee, front desk is a disaster, other guests were very upset as well...breakfast staff, mainly the 2 girls at reception to the restaurant were very unfriendly, no smile, almost rude, one was continuously busy on Instagram with her telephone, she wouldn't even look up...the food was not good, bread was stale, cake, well just nevermind...also right on top of the toaster was a half open fly trapping gadget with all the dead flies which looked like it had not been cleaned in a while hanging right above the toaster which made us loose our appetite, not that the food was anything to admire to begin with.... The toilet seat in our bathroom was too small for the actual toilet, is it too much to ask for in a "5 star" hotel? The carpet was infested in stains, I did document all of the issues in our room with photos which I have...tried to use the extra pillows in the closet until I saw the nasty stains...We hate to complain but it wasn't just one or two small issues, it was endless, and being treated by staff like we are not welcomed just made it all worse. On the positive side, we were just passing through Batumi and we only had to be there 1 day and night, sad part is, I had booked what I believed was a 5 star Hotel to treat my little daughter as she was excited by all the pretty pictures on line of the pool, and what appeared to be a beautiful hotel...The Hotel itself is located in a beautiful spot along the Black Sea shores with beaches, the views are lovely, but the staff just looks like they are not interested...they have a beautiful Casino, we are not Casino players by the way...which should make them strive to have an equal quality of hotel, but that is not the case...

That it was located in a good location, and they upgraded our rooms The check in process was a mess, there was no process, people with connection had a priority in checking in and were listened but internationals were treated so poorly.

Only the view was good Their breakfast is cold in the room serviced for three nights they didn’t come when I asked them to come they shout and shout and shout when I call the reception. They don’t answer when I go down to the reception. They also don’t do anything in the bathroom was very bad filled with water, in the carpet was also smelly and they don’t change sheets and there is no garbage bag for the garbage trash and some of the stuff open the door 1 am at night I don’t know why

The location is good and the building looks nice from the outside. The air conditioner in my room was not working for over 8 hours despite several complaints. I was offered a lower-quality room as a replacement. I asked for a refund to go to another hotel, but they refused because I booked through Booking.com. Also, the corridor lights on my floor were off, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the amenities provided, particularly the breackfast. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I look forward to returning in the future! While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where I felt there was room for improvement. For instance, the room service was slower than expected. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope to see improvements on my next visit.

Absolutely basic property with what so ever no facilities.. a few old beds and linen and they call it a hotel.. (which they could not provide clean ones) You ask the manager and all he could say was have a free dinner on us (not ever go closer pls) .. breakfast was basic (1 toaster for 250 plus tooms) no basic items like yogurt and stuff plus thr staff was in extreme rush to close the same. PLS IF YOU CAN.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Almost everything is shitty (except for free parking which was excellent) so basic a hotel when you walk in you feel like the least they could have done was have a floor manager... if not atleast a sofa!!
