The stass was very helpfull. The location is ok but you need to use bolt service to get to the old town. The breakfast is poor for 5 star hotel, Lack of variaty. The jacuzzi didnt work in the last 3 days on our stay. In the bathroom , 2 lights didnt work, i had to request 3 times until it was fixed after 2 days.

They made me wait 20 minutes in the lobby until the room gets ready even though I reached on time.

The location was good. The hotel doesn’t match the standards of 5 starts hotels. I would say, it’s a good 3 stars hotel Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. We had a spider net in corners and some leftover garbage on the floor from the previous tenants. The breakfasts were very limited, not comparable to any 5* hotels we have ever stayed at. On top of that, during one of our breakfasts, there was a caterpillar inside the served lettuce. Good coffee from the bar during the breakfasts is chargeable, what a nonsense for a 5* hotel! The minibar (!) in our room had only: 2 types of milk, 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of beer and bread. Very strange selection. Robes were given only by request, no shaving/sewing kit etc were provided.

The location is perfect, and everything during our stay went incredibly smoothly. The view from the balcony is truly soul-treating. We will definitely come back to Batumi and to the Grandeur Hotel! It was an absolutely great choice. Nothing

The location of the hotel is not clear on the main road, you'll need to go around in order to make parking, the hotel parking is only accessible on one gate which is two buildings away

Nice location with a beautiful sea view, helpful staff, great pool and spa area. The cleanliness in the spa and pool area could have been a bit better tho, overall it was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was average, nothing much to choose for vegetarian, The room was not serviced as per standard, no replenishment of tea,coffee,sugar,water.The beds were not done neatly. the window was left open. No in room dining.

Location is good overlooking the sea good size rooms breakfast was good It doesn't meet five star expectations took nearly 40 mins to be able to get into parking snd checkin no security property shares common area with other big buildings. Corridor carpets are worne toilet seat was broken and so was the door handle to access the balcony. The crowd at the hotel also.lookee sketchy and ill mannered

The location is excellent with a very beautiful view. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful at first. I also really enjoyed having access to the spa and gym, which was a great bonus. However, once an issue came up, the overall service and support were not as good as expected. 1. The pool was very cold during the first two days of our stay. We were told something was broken. Out of 6 days, only 4 days the pool temperature was acceptable. 2. I booked two family rooms, and the fridges in both rooms were not working, which was extremely inconvenient as we had specific dietary needs. Since it was winter, we had to keep food on the balcony — this should not happen in a hotel. In one of the rooms, there was a kitchen with a stove and an oven, but it turned out we were not allowed to use them. Their availability was a key reason why I chose this hotel and this room type. At first, the staff spoke Russian, but once we reported the issue, they suddenly claimed they didn’t understand what the problem was. We had to find someone who could translate and explain everything again. In the end, they brought a mini fridge, but it only worked when the key card was inside the holder and the electricity was on. When we left the room, the power switched off and the fridge stopped working. Instead of allowing us to use the stove/oven, we were given a microwave. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the way this situation was handled, as I expected a much higher level of service.
