Amazing hotel and location the staff was very kind

Great location, everything is so close and convenience. This hotel is near to all main hotels, stores and great dining places. Also, access to boulevard and the beach is super easy and fast. I wish there was a pool, indoor or outdoor. There is a spa and sauna in the hotel. However, having a pool would be super cool especially during the rainy days.

Amazing hotel with extremely spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. They gave us a bottle of wine the moment we arrived and it was a great gesture. The value for money is exceptional Too bad that no massages were available

Very good location There was a very bad smell coming from the sewerage in the bathroom for 2 days And when we complained the manager said “this is how it is in the old town of Batumi” . After a some more unpleasant discussion with the management , the cleaning lady let the water run for 2 hours the smell disappeared…. It seems they were aware of this problem ! It is not what is expected in a 4 stars hotel ! The breakfast was exactly the same every day .

Room is good size, and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location is central. The staff at front desk are not welcoming. Not sure why….

Big and modern room. The facilities were a plus. Great value for money. Some minor issues.

Location, breakfast, room size, balcony, cleaning staff - Staff was not attentive to the issue we had with leaking sink, after several times asking to fix this nothing was done but promises to handle the issue. - One of the guy(with blue eyes and light hair) from reception was constantly staring on my girlfriend that created a huge discomfort to her. From the culture she was raised in, such behavior is not acceptable.

The location, the room and the view . Also, really nice service . I received an upgrade at check- in Inside the bathroom , the shower head had some rust . Also, I would have liked more accessories for the bathroom such as tissues and toilet paper. The last step in each of the stairs between the floors was too high , I even twisted my ankle from not noticing and stepping down. The steps in the front entrance were also strange and unconventional, not very functional . I couldn’t connect to Netflix or watch regular channels , strange channel setup .

Very convenient location. New and clean rooms. Friendly stuff.

We just had a problem with suage smell in the bathroom, and the minibar doesn't work as refrigerator so if you want to cool things - you can't do it in the room.

I loved the hotel's location, price, and amenities. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but the reception staff were very friendly. I recommend the hotel. I wish the air conditioning would make the place excellent.

the mattress was old uncomfortable with exposed bedsprings. The breakfast was not to our liking . A bigger range of natural cereals and option for different eggs-fried omlette instead of cold scrambled eggs. .

The soundproof was not good, there is noise from the street (floor 2 city view) and from neighbors next room

Just the kind of hotel I'd expect in a city center.
