Leaving keys at the reception is kinda uncomfortable, when you r coming late night and have to wake the security up.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any facilities for the price we paid. There wasn’t even a trash bin in the room. The lights could only be turned off from the main switch near the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The door used an old-style key instead of a key card. Overall, the value for money was terrible. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star — it should be rated as a 2-star at most.

It was super clean. The staff was very helpful and accomadative. Location is centric close to the boulevard so u have everythin u need in 10 mins walking distance. nothing to dislike, just 2 suggestions 1. pillows were too high,may be having couple of medium wud be good 2. a mat outside bathroom will be helpful

Jhonny from the reception is the best host ever. I arrived around 11 pm and Jhonny made everything fast and easy for me.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Staff are friendly The location of the hotel is great and close to everything Highly recommendable hotel. -

the person met me at late night to check me in Main issuwe was the blood stained mattresses and the alley seemed unsafe

Very clean and quite large room with a view. Everything that had to work — like the hot water flow, fridge, air conditioning, socets — worked ferfectly. For people with back problems mattress might feel too soft, but not critical for a proper night sleep.

Location. Quiet and walking distance to beach, City center and many sightseeing. Manager ( looks like Ben Kingsley :-) was there all the time , helpful. Parking in front of hotel... There is not breakfast/restaurant but within 5 min walk lot of cafes with cheap and good meals. - but open at 9.00 Water pressure on 6th floor was weaker. Rooms are smaĺler than expected, but we spent all 3 days outside and in the room only sleep.
