Beautiful view from the balcony above the city! We were pleased with every day cleaning, water refills. The room is huge and bright. Friendly and nice stuff. Everything was cool

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is directly on the heart of Batumi. This is a optimum hotel mostly things are good but there is some problems. We had been a few times in this hotel and these experiences was nice but last one a bit annoyed us. The bidet nozzle of our toilet was draining off. We repaired it but our clothes were get wet because of this. Also the shower cabin was leaking of water. That made a mess that you had to clean if you don’t wanna slip and fall. These problems were in our room. Our friens didn’t have any complaits about their room but unfortunately we had.

I like the location it's near of every thing u need , the family duble room is very comfortabile Breakfast was not good taste

We arrived early and were allowed to check in before 2 pm. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy and room was really large. Lovely pizza restaurant just up the road, had the best pizza ever. Shop next door for all food needs. Bus stop within metres. Walking distance to beach and local attractions. Safe neighborhood.

location was prime right in center of city very reachable to the boulevard as well as the Turkish restaurant areas so good food the staff does not speak or understand English much it’s a little difficult to communicate with them
