Within few days between my first and second stay at this hotel, I realized that there are a very active and professional management behind the hotel team. I saw that many weaknesses were fixed to the best way. Especially the restaurant at third floor and gym at second floor were the best. Believe me in this round of my stay I find nothing wrong and to be commented.

Turkish Hamam was the best ever I have seen. Sauna was the best. Breakfast was very good. Using charcoal to heat sauna and Turkish bath was the only weak point here.

Nice management, nice facility’s. The smoke smiles everywhere. I believe the hotel use charcoal for heating up sauna and Turkish bath. This is a serious mistake very badly affect the great value of this hotel.

First of all, the nightclub was a huge nuisance. If you have a family with you, it is not suitable because you will see a lot of prostitutes downstairs. As for the hotel employees, some of them do not speak English. The employee Tamro bothered me a lot to check out, knowing that I told her that I will extend my stay, but she did not stop calling me, wanting me to come down to pay the fees, and she did not wait until I woke up. An annoying and inexperienced employee. During the rain, there was a gurgling of water in the room. A panoramic view through dirty glass that does not allow you to see the view clearly. The best thing in the hotel is Selim, a young man who deserves to be in a better place than this. اولا النادي الليلي كان مسبب ازعاج هائل .. واذا كانت معاك عائلة لا يصلح لان تحت سترى بائعات هوى بشكل كبير .. اما موظفين الفندق بعضهم لا يتحدث الانجليزيه .. الموظفه TAMRO قامت بازعاجي كثير لتسجيل الخروج مع العلم اني قلت لها سأقوم بتمديد الاقامه ولكنها لم تكف عن الاتصال تريد مني النزول لكي ادفع الرسوم ولم تنتظر حتى اصحى من النوم موظفه مزعجه وقليلة خبرة .. اثناء المطر كان هناك خرير ماء في الغرفه .. اطلالة بانوراميه عن طريق زجاج قذر لا يسمح لك بمشاهدة المنظر بوضوح .. اجمل ما في الفندق هو Selim شاب يستحق التواجد في مكان افضل من هذا პირველ რიგში, ღამის კლუბი დიდ უსიამოვნებას წარმოადგენდა. თუ ოჯახით ხართ, ის შესაფერისი არ არის, რადგან ქვემოთ ბევრ მეძავს ნახავთ. რაც შეეხება სასტუმროს თანამშრომელს, ზოგიერთი მათგანი ინგლისურად არ საუბრობს. თანამშრომელმა თამრომ ძალიან შემაწუხა გასვლისას, რადგან იცოდა, რომ ვუთხარი, რომ გავახანგრძლივებდი ჩემს დარჩენას, მაგრამ არ შეწყვიტა დარეკვა, რომ ჩამოვსულიყავი და საფასური გადამეხადა და არ დამელოდა გაღვიძებას. შემაწუხებელი და გამოუცდელი თანამშრომელი. წვიმის დროს ოთახში წყლის ღრიალი ისმოდა. ჭუჭყიანი მინიდან პანორამული ხედი იშლებოდა, რომელიც ხედის ნათლად დანახვის საშუალებას არ გაძლევდა. სასტუმროში საუკეთესო სელიმია, ახალგაზრდა მამაკაცი, რომელიც უკეთეს ადგილას ყოფნას იმსახურებს.

The hotel taking rate not logic considering the price, location, cleanliness, room. And special thanks for Rizq and Hana on the reception who supported us a lot to find good room without advance booking since we were running from bad hotel in same area The facility under innovations
