The location was good , and the hotel was very clean. I did not experience any issues with the rooms, the facilities, or the housekeeping during my stay. In my opinion, the property does not merit a full five-star rating; it is closer to a four-star hotel, with its primary focus clearly placed on operating the casino. As a result, the hotel does not feel family-oriented. The furniture is outdated and in need of replacement, and in the poolside smoking area the sofas were both dirty and damaged with multiple burn marks. The breakfast was also disappointing, with the quality resembling mass catering rather than the standard expected from a five-star hotel.

The swimming pool was nice and clean , the spa was also really nice and Maria is amazing Lets start we were suppose to get our rooms by 14:00 and we got the room only at 14:30 and 13:45 first room . Now we asked a crib for one room and they didnt put any and we found our all the cribs in the hotel are equipped . Only in the end of the day they bring a crip from another hotel and then a day later replaced it witought telling us nothing with a smaller crib . Later we noticed that both rooms in the 6th floor bad sewerage smell . When the engineers came to the room they told us this is something they know about and there is nothing they can do abour it beside bringing us a refreshers ;) after we talked with the reception they moved us to the 15th floor. Last the breakfast was very bad small options to choose some time we found the food not ready or from a day before and for cofee you need to pay extra 8 lary . The stuff in the resturant was not welcoming at all and it felt they are doing us a favor for any thing we asked . So in general the hotel have great potential but in fact i would not recommend my enemies to go there .

Room was clean and soundproof We stayed 2 nights then + 1 extra night. Cleaning kits were missing in the second room even though they were same level rooms. (I.e vanity kit) Wifi was not working properly. Never drunk energy drink in my life and my partner is pregnant so she also is not drinking during this period but they charged me redbull as we used to from minibar which was total lie but didnt resist after 5 seconds because i was on rush to airport. Breakfast is almost turkish breakfast, who the . needs turkish breakfast in Georgia.

Receptionist was very professional and make sure about the refund process of the deposit. 1-Breakfast was not organized well, the types from the previous days with poor preparation and clear that it is not fresh. 2- The location is perfect, the country is amazing, Bolt make your life easy, but this hotel Ramada Plaza by Wedynham (Billionaire) is very noisy and the isolation between walls is very poor.

Spacious, good location, the view was very nice from the room. They do no offer many things for free from the mini-bar in the room
