В ванной комнате стояла ужасная вонь. Канализация (слив) из которой шла вонь была закрыта туалетной бумагой. Душевой шланг был порван. Выключатель 220в находится очень близко к душевой кабине, поэтому когда из порванного душевого шланга вода льется в разные стороны, она попадает на выключатель, из-за чего тот постоянно сырой (не думаю, что это безопасно). Вода в бассейне показалась слишком мутной, в сравнении с другими бассейнами, поэтому я не решился его использовать.

It had a great view and great location The windows are green, the pool is dirty and the water is muddy, the tiles are broken in the steam room. There were swimming lessons for outside kids and we were not told that would happen. The wifi was really bad and the rooms were dirty and ugly. We got charged twice for the pizza wich wasn’t good. The staff didn’t know english or russian and were mean. The elevator was broken. The tv box was really bad too, we couldn’t watch TV

We fell on 4 rainy days ....making it a challenge to enjoy. The people at the reception bent over backwards to find us what to do..and we're right every time. They ordered taxis for us whenever needed. The highlight was when I found I made a mistake in my train booking and they straightened this out for us....with much effort.Doux points to Best Western!

The room size is big and beds were comfortable The facilities is great, you will find everything you need Near to the sea, near to the airport, near to night life It’s 40 minutes walking away from Batumi boulevard

Location, breakfast. TV was struggle to tune or watch. The pool is occupied by children groups during popular hours

When we wakeup in morning we saw our our room door is open n this happens 2 times in the hotel. So we really disappointed with the hotel service. The manager blame us how this happens ma'am he don't understand. We request them to show cctv recording but he deney.

Good breakfast on top floor with nice sea view. Friendly, helpfull staff. Gym, sauna and steam room were spacious and enjoyable. Maintenance is a problem. Some parts of the hotel and room are outdated. Swimming pool is organized in 3 lanes of which 2 lanes are reserved for school kids for a large part of the opening times. Ok, but not great.

The room was big, great for a family The price was great. The cleaning time was sometimes at the end of the day and I had to ask for additional towels every day. We were 5 in a room and they left in the room 3 towels. I had to remind them every day. We had one small closet in this huge room, not convenient when you stay for a long period of time.

Breakfast was just OK not fantastic as published in booking.My expectations from 5 stars hotel were more than I got. In the building works only two elevators and this is not enough. We spended a lot of time when we try to use it.

The location was quite good and the staff were very polite. The dining room on the 13rd floor is beautiful and clean although the breakfast was very basic. Pool is nice as well but they make the woman wear swimming hats that were uncomfortable. Room was at a very poor condition. We ordered 2 jr suites with panoramic view. The floor has a rug that was very dirty, the walls and toilet door were peeling, the shower head was broken, the floor filter were broken, there were leaks from the shower and sink. The dark curtains couldn’t cover well the windows so we had a lot of light very early. The balcony was dirty as well with no chairs to seat on.
